Current Programs
In the Nine Waves Series this is the Sixth of the Eight Week Programs. The Program is built on the structure of the remarkable Journey of Cesair from Northern Sudan to Ireland and will look at and tell the creation myths of the cultures and countries she passes through on her Journey. We will look at the Creation Myths and ask the question, which of these Myths would Cesair have wanted to consider as she was to “start again” in Ireland after her rejection by Noah for a place on the Ark.
Bard Summer School 2025
The Return of Mythic Wisdom

The Bard Summer School 2025 will, as always, be an immersive experience where we will work with the theme of “The Return of Mythic Wisdom”. Specifically we will look at the Foundation Wisdom of Lebor Gabála, the Book of Invasions, and the insights of Fintan Mac Bochna, Fenius Farsaid and the High King Bran along with the wisdom encoded within the Goddess Stories, specifically Brigit. We will explore the idea that the Old Testament “chosen people” myths and the “not chosen” mythologies of Cesair and others seem incompatible.
