The Bard: What does it do?
The Bard offers an authentic immersion in ancient stories and myths. It works with a proven “Mythic Method” that brings the timeless myths to life through the telling, through discussions and then through re-tellings. The method uncovers and exposes the contemporary relevance of the myths. This means people can automatically relate to the archetypal characters and mythic structures in their own lives.

The outcome for participants is that their sensibility, sensitivity and knowledge of this ancient wisdom is greatly enhanced. Specifically, they typically feel enriched because they are able to see the world in fascinating new ways through the guided collective experience that is shared, rewarding and safe. We call this way of seeing deeply “silver branch perception”.

An important result is sharpened ability to navigate a troubled modern world that sometimes feels out of control and on a personal level to navigate adversity, pain and loss and the emotions these times of crisis evoke. The myths are not a solution but they sure can be a handy map. The thing, then to ask of myths is not, are the true, but rather, are these ancient stories useful.
